Halsey House

This project consisted of the phased development of two new buildings;

A 60 bed residential building and a 16-bed high dependency building.

The project involved considerable investigation into the use of renewable energy sources and providing a sustainable solution to our clients.

The services were designed to ensure that the comfort of the clients was enhanced as well as adhering to all statutory and regulatory requirements.
